most of what these coaches do at a high level I assume is good practice hygiene, helping players to grow independently and to be a good team player
like all sorts of soft skills and mental/physical fortitude
with a lot of travel coming up this season for the players
i can imagine china flights for western teams vs european flights for asian-pacific heavy teams will be uncomfortable
would like to see if you can spot the restless and jet-lagged players
or having to rely on all the bench players to play on their worse-off days due to illness or worse hospitalization in a region 🏥

I love NYXL but they missed their chance in season 1. They don’t have the fighting spirit needed for OWL finals even though they all won lots of competition at lower levels.
They’ll be brilliant during normal season and disappointing during playoffs.
