Imho; Zen's kit is very simple and it just seems every hero that's been released has had a much more complex kit that both enables their own survivability and their ability to give value. Meanwhile Zen just straight dps's and while discord is powerful; I don't think it's enough for such an immobile hero.

Zen has been meta in Goats and Dive both of which lasted considerably long

Discord is one very powerful ability but as a hero he just spams. Ana sleeps and nades and massive heals; Bap massive heals and prevents team death with an easy cool down.
Harmony is pretty bad but I viewed it as okay for the trade off for the dps and discord is a powerful ability but trans itself is pretty bad considering any focus fire or ana nade murders it.

At the very least I'd hope trans is increased in heal to negate the focus fire at least
