8 -> 9 seconds, most orisas use shield right off cooldown. instead of 7 shields in a minute now its 6, which is 800 less shields per minute. ~15 min game means 15*800 which is what, 12,000 less shield in a game and thats rounding down bc the 800 shields per minute technically increase.

@balmy wolf On the Ult thing I think they just want to babystep it. Which I think is fair. 12% is a good -starting- point but they need to find a balance between pro/ladder, and then they need to adjust individually.

Right now 12% realistically in a pro meta changes things very minimally for most heroes.

For an extreme example:

We saw Sinatraa Grav, then get another Grav in 22 seconds, in Stage 2.

If the ult was 12% longer to charge that 22 seconds would have been 25 seconds (rounding up).

Not really going to change much 😛
