but they have very little instagib potential
you wouldnt want someone to be able to do high ass burst damage with a very rapid fire rate
thats why soldier generally has a lower skill ceiling than most dps
like in any game the lower fire rate weapons generally do less damage
or they have balls high skill requirement (i.e. csgo's ak only being acc for the first shot then the spray is hard to control)

And they need assigned seating to know what role people are.
