Diamond - Start to pair ults, get better at teamwork
etc, etc.
Who you pick in those areas barely matters.
You can roll teams with a Mei + Torb if you communicate properly and combo etc.

And the game doesn't do a good enough job of really reinforcing the fact that its not ELO-Hell, its not everyone else. The only constant in every loss you have is yourself.
When I started being more critical of myself than anyone else I played better.
Now I only get that way when I play with my group of IRL friends.
Because our SRs are all over the board from silver to masters.
