Mei (imperfect, ult charges too slowly but -completely- destroys it), McCree, Offensive Bastion, Sombra.
Orissa bunker has a lot more flaws with the increase of shield break potential now.
Her shield health is pretty low overall, unless you plan on Bunkering with a D'va (most will)
Which sucks because you lose Orissa+Hog ball and chain combo.
