He's too aggressive and puts himself out of position in too many ways that were pretty obviously not coordinated with his team. You can see it during Brazil vs. Austria where eventually Austria picked up on the 'Neil just charges in first' every time strategy.

Look at OWWC USA vs. Canada - that was the biggest definer in it for me. Muma + Space had insanely better tank synergy than xQc + Note.
