it looks like I've introduced a bug where it's not checking the cache/age of the file/next match time so it's always hitting the ow API, so gotta fix that too now, doh.

ohhhh lol, also, I just realised the cache updating is going bezerk right now because I put code in there to determine "should a match have finished" - and because there are contenders matches happening right now, and the match results aren't in the API result yet, it thinks it should hit the API servers lol.
For example there is a match that was scheduled to finish at 7:00pm (it's 7:40pm now), but it either hasn't or the results haven't been added to the file - so it keeps trying to retrieve the file so you have the latest scores.

I'll work on a feature to limit it to regions shortly, and also to give a complete list of valid teams and their acronyms.
