Most of OW will depend on consistent ruling and how they handle other random BS. As well as how they choose to try and clean up ladder a bit - in my opinion.
Like going forward I don't think we'll see any other boosters join the league, I'm sure there will be a quick asterisk in the records that if you're banned in a region you're banned from OWL.
Which will placate the Korean audience.
