I think if it had been any other meta, it would have been closer.

But the language barrier versus Effect/AKM in the back line was hugely noticeable.

You had four Korean players diving pretty well together, but had their back line consistently eaten.

Most likely due to the fact there was no good way to communicate between the two groups of what was happening.

Also if Effect hadn't played like literally the best Tracer in the league last night it would have been different.

He was nearly half of the teams killing blows across all maps.

The Sombra meta is going to take a week or two before we see it being countered effectively.

For the most part, yeah. There was some jokes of like 'Maybe we need more Koreans' but for the most part it was positive when they were very critical of the old roster.

I mean the main issues with the team, in my opinion, are both easily fixed with time.

Communication between tanks and healers will come with time. You don't learn Mandarin in two weeks, you don't learn Korean in two weeks. As they play together more the two groups will communicate better.

Daemin had a disappointing game - but he was also announced three hours before the game, and probably at most had a few days to scrim with the team. Contenders and OWL are a completely different caliber of people. He started showing up near the end, and I think he'll have capacity to make his strides. Also Diya will be back soon.
