It's a weird argument because a symbol isn't inherently anything, in my opinion. It's just a symbol. It's how you use it that becomes the problem. So by removing it entirely you're removing a situation where it can have valid use.
So is Trihard racist? Arguable. Not at its core. But a bunch of really shitty people have used it in that way because their parents didn't go to a clinic.
I do agree though, consistency is an issue. Which is where you'd want a public code of conduct, even just an outline.

From what seems to be the consensus - you don't scrim everyone if there's not the space (Mendo alluded that some of the practice rooms have limited space) so they tend to scrim the rosters they'll be playing.
In that situation you wouldn't scrim him until the days before he became eligible to play again.
