Part of the reason I think so much of the focus stays on xQc beyond what he actually does is that he's cultivated such a toxic (on average) fan base.
So even if xQc was reforming (which honestly for Stage 2 he actively looks like he's trying to be better); his fan base is a giant negative in his own name.
And things they do will impact himself personally.
It's ironic to think that his supporters are helping to destroy him, but it happens.

Their team has regressed to be massively uncohesive and their roster issues are becoming more apparent as they can't field anything logistically to stop a Widow from picking a part their team.
Picking up two more DPS (Which Kyky wanted neither of, ironically) has proven to be not the solution. AKM is an insane soldier but proven to be ineffective on other heroes, and Rascal isn't getting play time because they feel the need to keep AKM on the field a lot due to Effects inconsistency.
Also if rumors/speculation is true AKM basically signed contract based on if he was going to be a starter or not, and if wasn't starting he didn't want to join that team.
So take that with a grain of salt, but it makes coaching decisions harder if it's true.
