Just saying: that is a bug. First off: you can clearly see that it says "stuck", then the mercy flies to the left (from tracer's pov) and the pulse bomb is suddenly on the ground. When tracer throws the pulse bomb, it sticks onto mercy and it says "stuck". Then mercy turns around to the left and the beam disconnects. Mercy does not have line of sight or a beam connected to any of her teammates so she cannot fly to anyone. Then suddenly she flies away and the pulse bomb falls off. This is either a bug or lag (which shouldnt happen at this kind of event)

The Effect “stick” was a spectator bug. It happens sometimes with the observer mode but it does not look like a stick on the player’s screen. The pulse bomb is not unsticking or anything.
