rather than picking and choosing when it's convenient to treat young adults as mature, i agree that consistently applying the "old enough to make their own decisions" logic is the right thing, and punishing it accordingly is also the correct consequence

Streaming content to 200,000 people is a huge undertaking ... when they've been successful with Twitch in the past, I think it seems more likely that it will be a Twitch embed.
At the same time, OWL itself is shaping up to be quite a huge undertaking & it does seem like they're trying to restructure how they do esports. If ever there was a time to introduce a proprietary streaming system, it would be now
