Her gun while using Valkyrie is a bit too strong at the moment. The idea is for it to have some extra juice to be able to use it in more niche situations. Right now, it is strong enough that it is feeling like the primary way to use the ultimate, which isn't intended.
There is likely to be a good amount of tuning happening throughout this PTR cycle to iron this kind of stuff out.

the D.va change will be interesting because it gives her back some of her ability to 1v1 a DPS
but she is going to be less of a defensive tank now
which bring us another question when you realized the reason she was nerfed because they think she was TOO offensive
as far as the Mercy rez, not quite sure atm. Less rez, the better. But 30 seconds = a team fight in pro while 30 seconds is a really short time in lower elos where she can abuse its mechanic

Every gamer has the concern that is the developer listening to me? Are they paying attention? In terms of the Overwatch League Blizzard sees everything. They see every Reddit comment, everything. They have a lot in the pipeline to kind of fix the core issues. Not only for the game, but also on the production side and the actual esport itself. They are very proactive in coming up with solutions for not only problems that you hear, but also problems that might come up in the future. Just based on our interaction with them, I think fans are going to see a side of Blizzard that they might not have seen before. That was a big part of why we decided to invest in Overwatch League. It was not only about them being okay with us be franchisees, but also about how we feel being in their league and how they are going to run it.
