Is this legit that you can dash while still slashing or the other way around? isn't that like using two skills at the same time? Doesn't that make it not quite fair for the receiver end as they get instantly killed? It kinda seems that genji's slash is quite long so he can move forward while slashing and even dash before the animation ended. i just notice this looking at the overwatch world cup china vs norway, enever noticed before since he is so fast when ulting. If you notice that Eileen slashed with ult quite far from the enemy genji, while moving forward then dashes as the slash then connects.
