Indeed, I find it's really hard to pinpoint team's problems without knowing a lot of the behind the scenes because there can be a lot of talent but still not work.
That's why I'm not a fan of the calling out a single player on the team as the "weak link" so to speak and consistantly picking on them because who knows what's happening in comms that might have made questionable plays happen in the first place. ๐
