I'm not a a fan of when a caster picks on a certain player too much, yeah point out people's mistakes or what went wrong in a play or team fight but making somebody out to be the weak link of the team because of one bad game is too much for me.

Yeah, I said criticism is fine, in particular pointing out what went wrong in a team fight is really good and helpful, just don't always pick on one person. I've heard some casters get a bit mean before about a single player and it honestly stops sounding like criticism after a certain point.

they record the entire match
and probably quickly replay some highlights
maybe there is some software that records the last 30 seconds of every screen

Well from personal experience, skills aren't easily transferable from tf2

i think the general mechanical skill and game sense can transfer, not necessarily specific classes
tf2 is prob the most transferrable game compared to a moba or another FPS
main difference is map design and hero choices
OW's maps always have that blasted choke

I'd say that quake is also easily transferable. McCree is basically the rail gun for all intents and purposes
My rocket launcher shots also easily transferred over to Pharah, which also made me prefer projectile to hitscan
It's no coincidence that most OW pros come from tf2 and quake. Mostly tf2 though since it's the most similar game to OW out there (Heck you Paladins)

It's just all the tf2 players played in beta together because they knew it was going to be the next big game
I switched over from CSGO with 3k hours and didn't play any closed beta and am now in the pro scene
