I'd argue that overwatch and csgo have completely different aspects of skill

#

csgo is more mechanical (although tactics are really important too, arguably moreso) while overwatch has a lot more manegement, counterpicking etc (cooldowns, ults). Admittedly, money management is also a really important thing in cs, but literally everything in overwatch is a combination of abilites and mechanical skill

#

overwatch is still very new, so I won't argue about the skillceiling being high or low, but when it comes to raw mechanical skill, I'd be inclined to agree that CS and TF2 have a higher one

I'm really not surprised. They just came back from blizzcon and had barely any time to practice with this new roster. Then there's also the facked that uncia could practice for the match for the past, what, 2 weeks? They already had a more familiar roster and got to practice and iron out some of their problems while nrg was split up AND already had roster changes incoming

In today’s first match we had the return of Flash Lux, their previous match was on the first day of the group stage and they beat RGT 3–2. Unfortunately for them today they were playing versus what many would call the best team in the world — Rogue.
For the second match-up we had the new-look NRG vs BK Stars — the best team in the group so far, both fought for their tournament life!!!

hey folks, if you didn't have time to watch OGN's Apex today you can catch up with my summary!

For the first series we had the return of the uninspiring Flash Lux facing Afreeca Blue that looked resurgent, both looking at a playoffs should they win or going home if they lose today. In the second one we had the return of fan favourites Runaway, that shocked Reunited with Haksal’s Genji against LuxuryWatch Blue, that looked improved on Friday. Runner’s crew were looking at a possible first seed into the playoffs if they were to win, while Blue needed to win 3-1 or 3-0 to secure their spot in the brackets.
