After ending the Omnic Crisis, Morrison (76) was chosen to become the Strike Commander/leader of Overwatch due to Reyes' 'rogueness'. After Reyes became a part of Blackwatch, and after an attack on Gerard Lacroix (planned by a Talon operative, likely ordered by Antonio) Reyes decided that Morrison's official/lawful apporach to things wouldn't work so him and the rest of his Blackwatch allies went to Venice and assassinated Antonio without an order from Morrison. This put Blackwatch in the public's eye and, after a debriefing by Amari and Morrison (and Lacroix?), it is shown that Reyes believes in his methods. After Overwatch confronted and defeated Null Sector, Reyes and Morrison had a showdown at the OW Swiss headquarters, which caused the facility to explode, apparently killing both of the men. Officially, the explosion was rules as an accident, but in reality, Reyes led a rebellion against Morrison, which led to the confrontation. Because of the explosion, Reyes was critically injured, and had to turn to Moira to help him heal, thus turning him into Reaper. He blames Morrison for what happened to him, and his Reaper story began with a personal crusade to finish what took place in Switzerland and kill Morrison.

except everything we've seen indicates it was Moira's doing - Overwatch had no part in it
maybe they drove him to seek out her help by not providing the help he needed/wanted, but maybe there was legitimately nothing they could do

I always thought that he had a fight with Morrison at the Swiss base and something happened that cause his genetic alterations to go haywire, like he was doused in chemicals, electrocuted, comic book type stuff. His body was recovered by Talon and Moira was able to save him.

The reason that some albinos have red eyes is cause the apple of their eye is more 'transparent' (not sure if that's the correct term) which allows you to see some of their blood vessels behind their eyes during certain lighting conditions
Which might make their eyes seem violet or red
But they usually have hazel or blue eyes, like everyone else
