he got a prosthetic from his family's company, but this disqualified him from competing in martial arts tournaments
he eventually came under the mentorship of Akinjide Adeyemi (the second Doomfist) and joined Talon
around 8 years ago, Akande killed Adeyemi and took the gauntlet for himself, becoming the third Doomfist
with his ambition and knowledge of how to run a business, he rose to the top of Talon's leadership
until he was defeated and arrested by Overwatch around 6 years ago
after hearing about new Overwatch activities post-Recall (and seeing that his gauntlet would be moved and therefore less heavily guarded) he breaks out of jail and takes back the Talon leadership

i guess null sectors leader could have developed hate for humans
but im not sure if they have the full emotional range of humans, since omnics were originally just developed to serve, so emotion wouldn't really make sense to do
being logic operated would be the only thing they need, so they must have somehow evolved or emulated emotion
