It's 2020, and I still don't know if Hanzo and Genji summoning 'Spirit Dragons' and Zenyatta becoming 'Transcendant' are products of cybernetics and technology or if they are actually supernatural in nature, lore wise.
Like, I can see the argument that Hanzo's tatoos and Genji's previous tatoos probably have nano technology that channels energy from them forming the dragons, with Genji's tech being preserved through cybernetics from Mercy, allowing him to still summon it, and Zenyatta's 'Transcendant' form could be just him channeling healing aura tech that's Napali Omnic Monistary in origin, that's similar to the other support's healing tech.
But I don't think Blizzard really clarified it at any point.
