A character such as Hammond/Wrecking Ball got the right amount of info for his backstory and who he is as a character. He's a little dude who is tenacious and loves exploring the world, and is a different type of scientist/engineer from the likes of Winston.

It's a pretty vague word. I wouldn't be afraid of a soldier in a document versus a baguette in a document. What could a baguette mean? A soldier usually defaults to being thought of a soldier in war. Sure, you can call them something really weird, but that would would make something want to find out more about it. Also if they are called soldiers, it would at least somewhat add to a patriotic attitude.

i find it interesting how different the tone is between shorts like "alive" and "shooting star" compared to "junkertown: the plan" due to the difference in character design
