That's my impression, and to compensate for a weak shield just in case, I had larger than normal health pool and a passive to reduce ult charge. Someone else came up with another idea for a passive, but I can't remember what it was
If he has regular 600 health though, and a mediocre/weak shield, it's going to be difficult as a MT and that's why I think it's still possible for him to be an off
My shield impression from the story was about half the size of Reins, enough for Bap and Nguyen to stand off from him a little and to the side
