Microbes would not be, however :D you cannot gain more sentience or less, imo, you either are or aren't. Orisa is definitely sentient id say since she seems to have emotions and such, implying that she would be aware that she is alive

no, I know he's tied to null, but he's also implied as wanting to help all omnics gain a better status worldwide, so it is possible he is vaguely tied to the gwishin omnics
he would use conflict of course, so null fits right in with his plans, which is why doomfist is meeting with him. it's possible the gwishin is just a testing ground for new omnic tech for all of the trouble causing omnics
hence why it's battle AI improves time after time fighting against meka
it's learning how to best use the newest omnic tech in battle on a large scale.
