And if you have seen an armored combat fight, getting hit with something, especially at high velocities and force, it will cause pain.
So as of right now, even with armor, Rein in his prime has offensive and defensive feats in, both requiring unaugmented strength in order to pull off.
However, between current Rein and Zarya, it's debatable, as he has gotten weaker due to old age, but he is still strong enough to wear Crusader armor.

It is what they would say IF they were in that situation
IF Reinhardt were to strike down Reyes, he would call him a traitor. That doesn't mean he knows Reyes is Reaper, or that they have met in the past 6 years
IF Mercy and Lucio were to meet, she would bring up Lucio's father and his sonic tech, which Lucio feels was taken by Vishkar against his father's better wishes.
