Moira’s work I always saw as based on the stuff Mercy worked on. Only Moira decided to take it way too far and way too fast. The two certainly fell out over methods of science.
And reaper is kind of a symbol of that, Moira maybe did not do enough simulated runs to see how her tinkering would conflict with modified genetics from the super soldiers program.
