The omnics who were made as labor bots or basically looked like Zen I assume were more peaceful or at the very least not dangerous or had any intention of harming people. Bastion units were assumingly all destroyed based on Orisa being surprised to have seen bastion at least in the voice line interactions between the two anyway. Indicating that bastion units are rare.
