There's another theory that at least one of those are canon too, because Ana's listed as a Bounty Hunter, and Junkrat had bounty hunters chasing him for his "treasure", and he sounds fearful in his in-game sniper callout.
So Ana hunting Junkrat like an absolute force of nature and making him fearful of snipers and possibly costing him at least one of his limbs would be tight.
