Now If she didnt exist for just a jiffy, she wouldnt age a jiffy, but the non-existen world could be sped-up or slowed down. Abviosly her powers are to go back in time and blink. So time would probably be faster for her. If she didn't exist she wouldn't age and to her it could he felt like it was for say 9 years but in actually fact it was just a month. So she wouldnt have aged or she aged rapidly. So she could be any age and she doesnt nescesarily have to be 25 years old.
