Blackwatch is the blackops division of Overwatch. They do the dirty jobs that would hurt Overwatch's public image. Its led by Gabriel Reyes, and the known members of it are McCree, Genji, Moira, and the pilot from Retribution, Fio.

How is Zarya offensive? The badass woman figure is a staple in Russian classics and the Motherland herself is often represented as a Zarya-like person
She's presented as a very positive role model and her sole flaw, distrust of omnics, is explained by her country being in an actual state of open war against them, which she took part in
