From a simple brass knuckle worn by The Savior to the gigantic arm long Gauntlet wielded by Akande who is known as the Successor

Every Doomfist modified it to better accommodate themselves

Akande earned it after killing the Scourge

Who trained him and took him under his wing in Talon

So far no one has yet to defeat Doomfist to claim the gauntlet

Personally I like to believe it’s a very specific title to earn, like only a man who is taken under the tutelage of the current Doomfist can challenge him to earn it himself
