  1. Learn to draw and draw what you like. You can do this one! It's a skill like any other that you can practice. And you'll become so much more powerful!
  2. Find an artist who already draws what they like and have interests aligning with yours. Just remember to source them.
  3. Spend 50-200+ eur to commission an artist to draw what you like. The prices always depend on complexity of the request. Sketches are often cheaper.

Hmm.. Well for a starting point I usually recommend the book 'Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain' as it's pretty good and comes with exercises. After that you can find online sources for reference drawing. And really just practice. Not too different of a process from learning an instrument, really.
