Okay so a little words of advice for improvement
The neck isn't usually that fat or long, so you might want change that
The arms need to be longer like you said, but also thicker. Usually the arm goes just below the waist hight wise.
Her legs are facing the wrong direction, try to make them face forward
The legs are a littlr far apart from eachother
