I had cancelled my subscription a WHILE ago and for some reason it didn't go through because I was charged. Who do I talk to 1. Make sure it is cancelled and 2. Get my money back

I just managed to find it and submitted it. But I didn't notice no cancellation email despite me putting in for it to cancel. So That's why it took me so long
