This is definitely not the experience that we want you to have with starryai. Can you please submit a refund request/send more details via our in-app support? We will make sure this is resolved promptly.
I don't have all the information you need for it tho which is why I'm asking here
I just managed to find it and submitted it. But I didn't notice no cancellation email despite me putting in for it to cancel. So That's why it took me so long
We currently don’t send confirmation emails for cancellations. I see your support ticket has already been handled, so everything should be sorted out now. If you notice anything off on your end, just let us know and we’ll take care of it.
