restart your phone, restart your router because it's strange that mobile data works but wifi doesn't.

Hmm nope those links don't work.. I'm not having trouble with any other sites.. I will try restarting phone now and router tomorrow

it looks like a problem with the internet, or with DNS, as if it were somewhere at the internet provider, or a problem with the trace route. If it works for you on mobile data, it uses a different infrastructure. Maybe there is a failure somewhere.
