Same issue happening to me again - it’s been 3 days since I could claim
for 1 week! if you dont want then dont cheat people? whats wrong for 1 week or weeks? there is no real human to answer just a bot keep saying same text!
if the bot is unable to provide an answer, there is an option to 'talk to person' support usually responds within 48 hours depending on the number of reports, you should also take into account holidays

If someone violates our TOS their account becomes resitrcited as with any other platform out there.
If you guys could send out an email when an account becomes restricted and what that encompasses it would go a long way in stopping these misunderstandings. When my account was restricted I had no idea what was going on and thought I was encountering a bug. Back in the early days of the app we could publish full nudity then one day it changed and I became restricted.
We don't send out emails, it's up to the user to read the TOS and make sure they do not violate it, majority of violations are NSFW creations.
You may dispute the restriction via support chat
I know you don’t send emails about restrictions on accounts, I was just suggesting that if you did the mods on here wouldn’t be overwhelmed with people asking about it. It would be very easy to send out emails to restricted accounts, I’m an account coordinator and send out boilerplate messages often, it only takes a few minutes once you have it set up. I’m not disputing my restriction, I make art for myself so it doesn’t really bother me. I was just trying to help with a suggestion.
