Right now they look like this. That is not what imagined my people would look like when my dragon gave them his powers. Ripped, malformed wings, a small tail without animations, no claws, no snouts, sickly looking scales...

I would very much love to see some love given to this Major Racial Transformation and its cousin Draconic Vitality so they make a race look like actual draconic scions and not lizard mutants.

Please? Pretty please?

Also more heads for the draconic form!

I've said it before, and I'll say it again.
It looks great on goblins smugGoblin
...but that might not be a compliment

I think they have ripped wings because in the lore there was a bit thing about them losing the ability to fly and wanting to get it back again.

There was something like that in the lore for the aow3 Draconians, it's been a while since I played it.

I'm not saying I'm against a more epic looking dragon transformation. Just saying why I think the devs went in this direction.

I think it's more that in AoW, draconians were never an "everyone flies" race (as opposed to Master of Magic). There was one fully winged draconian unit, the imaginitively named Flyer, but in the AoW4 context, it's probably a bit redundant because the same tome also includes access to wyverns and young dragons.

I do dislike the removal of the cheeks for a larger mouth, though. Just doesn't really achieve what it's trying to do and it just looks like scars.

I mean I already said I wasn't against a more epic draconian transformation, just explaining why we got what we got. So no disagreement from me.

well, if you want them to look closer to dragons - lizardkin (surprisingly) does exactly that

Yeah, if you want the 'classic' draconian look, you need to start with the lizardkin form. It's not a coincidence that form came in the same DLC.

OP seems to be showing a human form and... yeah, applying the transformation to a human is going to result in a human with a few draconic features, not a classic draconian. Because the game assumes that if you wanted the classic draconian look, you'd have chosen the lizardkin form, so if you took a different form, you obviously wanted your draconian transformed race to be that form with a few draconian features.
