It's me, the mountains guy. Yeah, yeah, I know, we got mountains. That's why I'm writing.
When terraforming a province, you cannot terraform mountains, so your region ends up looking like it's not as snowy as it should, or as wastelandish as it should, or as green as it should. Could we make it so TERRAFORMING AFFECTS MOUNTAINS TOO? We have the assets, and it's a pity not to use them.
