I don't know what to put this under on the "Report Feedback" option in-game, so I'm putting it here. Land of Conflict (Realm trait) has this AI's model bugged. Honestly, I've seen this on the faction tab as well where you only see the heads and not the bodies.
These are the only mods I use atm by the way

Could be a bug with the army customiser mod. I recommend removing it and seeing if anything changes
