Godir in chains: Your godir cannot appear in-game until you build a room of recall, but when he does you instantly get 10 levels.
**Worthless Rabble:**Their tier I and II basic units cannot rank up, cost half, 75% upkeep.
Insufferable Elitists: Their tier 3 and 4 basic units get +2 ranks. They cost double, 125% upkeep.
Literate Procrastinators: They research things twice as fast at the cost of production being twice as slow.
Fortified: Their cities all gain 10 points of defense.
Castle Keepers: Forts have 50% upkeep.
Questing Knights: All cities receive a small morale boost when completing a quest. And a small morale penalty if the quest fails.
Unscrupulous Mercenaries: +1 evil alignment. Can declare war without a grievance as long as they accept another leader's bounty.
Rangeless Fighters: Begins the game with no archer units, cannot build them unless they research them. Melee and mage units get +1 rank. +2 defense. They still have skirmishers.
Manaless spawn: begins the game with no magic users unless it researches them. Melee and archer units get +1 rank.
Pure Mystics: Only casters, but casters all gain a summon elemental skill.
Campers: outposts have 0 upkeep as long as they don't have walls.
