With the whole primal subculture thing makes me think we could have a lot of very cool things.
Subculture modifies the city even if it's just a little bit.
SOMETHING LIKE THIS APPLIED TO OTHER CULTURES WOULD BE AWESOME!
Let's imagine we have a High culture with an "Order subculture" attached to Greco-Roman (Archon-like) structures, and every other flavour attached to something else. I hope I'm making sense, but this is an awesome thing to have. With a little bit of photoshop magic we could have Feudal but black for shadow, Feudal but green-ish for nature, Feudal but white for Order... you get the gist.
