Hi there! Just some feedback, but the Battle Upgrades quest seems to have a bug (and I suspect that bug may apply to other quests where you have too many cities)
As you can see, the text for each of my cities getting draft is so long that I can't see the options it's asking me to choose from. Or is there a way to deal with this?

Bug yes but then I would also assume that the screen had been designed with a city cap in mind.
Looks like an impressive long game you have there if you get that many cities
