Either a button or a setting to speed up only the AI animations to speed up late game
I just want to have a button to speed up AI animations on their turn if I need to, I dont want to watch Alfred Elderstone move his 4 stacks of armies with some units with slow walking animation unit by unit
or to watch 3 Horned gods slowly move
again, just the world map, I dont have problems in tactical combat

right clicking fast forwards any animation in progress; in the menu there is also an option to turn off unit movement animations on the world map. Not exactly what you're asking for but should help.

Should work I believe. Rarely need it as I disabled observe mode and offscreen movement is fast anyways
