Turns all summon spell research into dual unlocks, granting both a tactical and strategic version of the spell.

Additions:
Add Tactical Summon spell counterparts for all single-unit world summon spells.
Add Strategic Summon spell counterparts for Call Stone Titan, Animate Flora (Floral Stinger) and Conjure Astral Keeper
All new tactical spells last for 5 turns for T1-4 units, and until end of combat for T5 units (as per Stone Titan's precedent).
Spells conjuring flying or floating units can be used during naval battles.
Changes:
Animate Flora, Conjure Amplification Pylon, Explosive Manifestation, Conjure Divine Beacon, Conjure Astral Keeper - summon duration changed to 5 turns.
Allowed Call Stone Titan and Explosive Manifestation spells to be used on water.
Other comments:
Vine Cage, Totem of the Wild - no changes (2 and 3 turns, respectively), as the spells summon multiple units
Call Stone Titan - no change, as the spell already lasts until end of combat
Summon Progenitor Golem - no changes (3 turns), as the summon is hugely powerful and we probably don't want it to cast Magical Upheaval twice. Might change it in the future

Compatibility
The mod is safe to add to/remove from existing saves. For the new spells to unlock on an existing save, you need to complete any new research.
Changes made to Summon Unit and Tactical Spell resources (specifically, changed summon duration from 3 to 5 and allowed Stone Titan and Explosive Manifestation to be cast in water)
