#Could we have separate level caps for Rulers and Heroes?

Heroes and Rulers are both capped at Lvl 20. With the Signature skill happening at every 5 levels the Level Cap setting didn't feel sensible anymore. Similarly, now that Hero Limit is handled in game, there's no Hero Limit setting anymore either.
