Will you be able to play storyrealms as custom civilizations or only the premade ones?

I love being able to play custom made civilizations but in games like Planetfall you can only play the premade civilizations in the campaigns, is that the same for AoW4 or will the new narrative system let everyone be part of the storyrealms?

You can play custom civilizations in all Story Realms, but the first Story Realm does limit the customization specifically in that your leader must have the Champion Origin. All other ones lack this limit.
