Hey Age of Wonderites! What is the general consensus on the ratmen being classified as rodent empires in-game?

I have an image below showing them on the empire selection screen (and btw, how bad ass does that leader look!?), and it seems that the second part seems to be the same based on the form choice every time, so the ratmen form will always say rodents instead of something rat related.

I googled it and the rodentia order includes loads of things. Even hamsters! There is a mole form too, so I checked to be sure, but they are not considered rodents. The definition is:

a gnawing mammal of an order that includes rats, mice, squirrels, hamsters, porcupines, and their relatives, distinguished by strong constantly growing incisors and no canine teeth. They constitute the largest order of mammals.

So unless the ratmen unit picks includes non-rat models, I’m not sure this is the right name. Ratmen has been long popularized in the fantasy scene, but I guess it’s too sexist these days, and picking another name is hard! I’d be up for biker mice from Athla, but with all the extra realms in AoW4, that gets messy fast! =b

What do you think? Is there anything you’d prefer, or is rodent enough?
