Hi there! About the cosmetic pack, i'm missing the Founder's Flag, and Founders Plaque on my main character. On a new one they got all the cosmetics, but not my main one. I just killed the herald and got almost everything maxed out... i don't want to loose progression starting a new char. I've tried reinstalling, checking files etc... but nothing works.

Is there a way to get the full cosmetic pack without deleting my char?
