We built 3 overflowing power cores and i dropped them on the ship floor to give them to my crew but they disappeared as soon as i dropped them. They're lost.

(I'm assuming it doesn't have a 3D model and just goes poof when dropped).

Keep in mind in any game often better to put in a box or bench rather than dropping. If you are in the SY build bubble look on the ground below.

It isn't on the ground already checked everything. Luckily we made a backup of the save but it's the same issue with the Hydraulic fluid. It doesn't have a physical representation 3D and every time you try dropping it on the ground it disappears

would explain the loss when you deconstruct the addons for the core same may happen with the circuits

just tested, yes circuits are included in the if you drop them, they poof
